my home in Indonesia

short info about my home:

this picture is my parent house, the house that i growth up. in Indonesia, o lot of house used wall surround their house for security. it's different in Canada that all so open.

And in indonesia, i used motorbike for transportation because ceap and easy. on the botom of the picture is my motorbike. and the other vehicle in this picture is my family car. a lot of indonesian people have this car.

One Month and 2 weeks after back to Indonesia

September 7, 2007.

i already back to Indonesia. Amazing to think how God worked in my life in Canada. I'm very thankful for that, i have learned a lot during my time in Canada.
After i spend time about 1 month with my family, i started work on August 28, 2007. I went back to my "old" job, the same job before i went to Canada. i work at Pelangi Kristus Children Seminary in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. I work as teacher for grade 4-6 and i will help in Administration too.
now, i already work for 2 week. but i felt there are so many things that i need to learn again. in ENd of Conference, Karina and Isabela told me and the others that there will be some changes happen during our time went away from home and it is true. until now, i still need to learn again, it like i am a new people to start work in 'new' place.
when i saw my friends and my students for the first time, i recognized how much i missed them.
in canada, i learned to be patient and now, it really help me in my job as teacher. a lot of things changes in my values and characters especially in my faith.

do you remmember this song? until now, i still remmember this song in my heart.

when we song in difference languanges,for me that was represence our "differences" that becomes one in Christ.

from mid-year conference, i learned a lot about cultures. how amazing to see a lot of different culture that we have and we can "harmony" together in short term.beside that i learns to see in different perspective that usually i used.

"it's not about who we are... but it's about why we here" - i believe that GOD's have wonderful plan for each of us, that why He send us together in North America. and i believe GOD's plan always good for us, altough we must struggles first. i prayer for all of you that GOD will give all of us wisdom and strength during the last 4 months.
